Case Study

Eventi Capital Partners started working with CWH in 2006 when CWH became a partner of Ceryx leveraging the ThinOffice hosted Exchange platform. CWH was looking for expansion capital to help fuel their rapid growth. ECP completed an initial investment in November 2007 and immediately engaged with the senior management team to help fill key management roles in the organization and shape the expansion strategy. ECP management has helped the company secure capex funding, recruit key roles and played a significant role in driving the eCommerce strategy development.

In 2015 Eventi Capital Partners led a majority buyout of Tenzing. With increased participation in strategy, planning and day to day operations Tenzing entered into a new phase of growth.

In 2018 Eventi Capital partners supported the merger/acquisitions of Thinkwrap commerce and Spark:Red with $9.2M of follow on investment.
