Brian O'Neil is the Managing Director of A Faire Aujourd'hui Inc., a Toronto-based private equity firm. Prior to his career in investments, Brian was deputy chief-of-staff to a Minister in the Canadian government and an executive compensation consultant at a global human resources consultancy.

Brian sits on the board of directors of Cinegroupe, Fowler Construction, Huys Industries and Quarto Communications (Cottage Life, Explore, Outdoor Canada and Canadian Home Workshop).
