Eventi focuses on Technology Infrastructure and Marketing/ Sales Solutions deployed as hosted or outsourced solutions (commonly referred to as Application Service Providers, ASPs or On-demand Services). Investee companies must be revenue generating, rapid growth, technology enhanced operating businesses that have successfully passed the critical phase of product acceptance in the marketplace.
The Team has been working together and managing Eventi investments since 2002 and has sourced and led a number of transactions provided active support to the portfolio companies, often playing operating roles. Individually, the Team members have been involved in venture backed financings and operating companies for over 10 years, have completed more than 20 deals and led more than $200 million in transactions over that period.

The Managing Partners include Bill Di Nardo and Scott Bryan (founders and former Senior Executives of Grocery Gateway), Derek Ruston (Chairman of Environics Research, private equity investor and former McKinsey consultant) and Arun Gowda a former Investment Banker with UBS London.
